Great service and very professional

Jack explained the entire process and that pet urine sometimes requires replacing the pad and additional treatments. He did come back a 2nd time at no charge to spray the enzyme cleaner again. Great service and only issue was the price quoted in person was more thean the price quoted over the phone. Will certainly use again for carpet cleaning.

Americhem is without a doubt the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used! Jack showed up exactly on time with a big smile and a friendly handshake. He explained everything that he was going to do and the approximate time it would take. He answered all the questions I had without reservation.

Absolutely Amazing!!

We have 40 stairs and 4 rooms in our house. Jack did an amazing job!! Everything was cleaned perfectly! He was on time and extremely nice, he even locked up when he left!! Quality job and customer service friendly

I found my experience in working with the lead technician and his team to be reliable, convenient and very thorough in cleaning all my fabrics including carpets, throw rugs and living room furniture. I appreciated them checking the fabric tags before proceeding with cleaning the fabrics. They worked very well as a team! The only thing was that my wool area rug retained a “dirty dog” like smell for which I was warned by the lead technician that that would be the case due to fabric type. To resolve, I simply purchased a carpet odor eliminator and vacuumed to rid the smell.

I was very pleased overall with the lead technician and his team associates and would use Americhem again in the future.

Best So Far

After using a number of different carpet cleaning companies and processes over the years, I believe we’ve found a really good one! We foster dogs in our home, which means we have “special” cleaning needs. They did a great job with need-specific pre-treatment and a great thorough cleaning that yielded great results. They showed up right on time and worked quickly and efficiently until the job was done and were friendly and pleasant during their visit to our home. We can recommend these folks to any of our family and friends without any reservations and will do so.

This is a good company, that actually arrives on time!!! Hank was very polite, and accomodating. The carpets smelled great and looked great afterwards…

He even got my son’s accidental pee smell out of his bedroom!!!

PS: They didn’t have any weird fees like some of the other companies we called…
